I did not have Jeff work on refinancing my mortgage as I was looking for a second mortgage. However, if I need to refinance or send anyone his way I would have no reservations. His office has a great reputation. Any new home buyers I would go with a mortgage company. They will do all the research for you. I would trust this company.

Do NOT use Goldcoast if you might have a mortgage process that is slightly out of the normal. With Goldcoast guidance, we put an offer in on a house and it got accepted. Purchase and Sales hit and things got complex. Goldcoast threw the towel right in and had no desire to even try to make it work. Once they panicked and left us high and dry we thankfully found a mortgage company that took the time to understand full picture and they got us to the finish line. We closed on the house today after Jeff at Goldcoasat told us it wasn't possible. So happy he walked away so easily and we found someone that cared!

He provided valuable insight from his years in the industry and I wouldn't have been able to complete the transaction without his help.
