I did not have Jeff work on refinancing my mortgage as I was looking for a second mortgage. However, if I need to refinance or send anyone his way I would have no reservations. He provided valuable insight from his years in the industry and I wouldn't have been able to complete the transaction without his help. He was in no way rushing the home buying process and let me take my time finding the home I wanted but was there at a moment's notice when we needed a last minute, customized pre approval letter. When it came to submitting an application, he was able to accommodate and locked me in at the lowest rate without any additional costs - even when the closing was delayed past the rate lock due to no fault of ours. John Donlon is not only an expert when it comes to the home buying and mortgage process, but he goes far beyond the call of duty, making sure that the biggest purchase of your life is the right one. John served not only as the mortgage broker in my transaction, but he was also the most informative when it came to real estate trends and buying opportunities. He gave guidance on every offer I made and even came with me to a few open houses to look at some basements and steered me away from things that the untrained eye wouldn’t look out for. That level of service is unheard of! When you work with John, he makes you feel like you are the only person he is working with.
