Tenants Lounge

Welcome to the private Tenants Lounge

Ditching your apartment lease in exchange for a deed on your future house is a topic I’ve written more than a million words on over the past 25 years.

In an oversized crock-pot, this Tenants’ Lounge simmers those writings down so you can pour off the remaining reduction sauce into goblet-sized portions – to consume based on your cadence and appetite for risk.

But please know – this is all provided for free. We don’t even ask for a subliminal hint of an obligation to engage our services (we arrange the best financing terms, period).  When we encourage home ownership and lead the charge, you (as a future homeowner) make this world a better place.

How?

You divert the transfer of wealth from a Private Equity Fund’s pocket (landlord) to your household’s savings and equity – even if your household is just you and your kitty.

As a future homeowner, you will experience more gratitude.

You no longer need to look over your shoulder for a bear lunging at you (rent increases, expiring leases, unpredictable volatile tenant interactions), you’ll be more likely to invest in and contribute to improving your community as you see fit. Perhaps raising honeybees, and selling your garden’s crop turned into pickle relish at the local farmers market, your dreams will have more room to grow by uncorking the creativity that can only come from securing your life’s canvas that is homeownership. Even if it’s a condo whose walls you get to turn into a mural.

As for our mortgage services? If you believe in us, you’ll tag us in to continue to help guide you. If you don’t –  and we know we’re not a match for everyone, so no offense taken – please feel free to use our resources for your benefit as a future homeowner.

If there was a village called GoldCoast, it would have over 6,000 homes, 15,000 residents, and a tax valuation status of more than 2 billion dollars. It would also have over 800 residents who own or operate their own businesses. The residents would shop and barter with one another and oftentimes they would sell homes to each other’s relatives, engage each other’s services, and make job offers within the community. At the core, it would be a cooperative managed by its residents (our clients).

Above all else, we’re most proud of the faith and trust placed in us by this community.

Seeking to gain your real estate foothold? We got you.
